The three-course tasting will also include a cheese and charcuterie display as well as three passed hors d’oeuvres accompanied by a Signature Cocktail.
The menu will be planned by Chef Sean Corea & the host of the dinner based on seasonality of local ingredients as well as any food allergies, dislikes, or dietary restrictions.
A few limitations do apply: the dinner cannot be scheduled on holidays, Fridays, or Saturdays from Memorial Day to Labor Day. It must be scheduled within the Cape Region within one year of the raffle drawing date.
