- 4 Patty Pan squash
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 large shallot, minced (also can use green onion or regular onion)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 ½ tablespoon flour
- 2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
